seda has over fifteen  years of experience in coordination and management, with extensive knowledge of the fethiye region as she is based in the town. passionate about nature, outdoor sports, discovery, and travel, seda has explored numerous countries, including ındia, the usa, sri lanka, the uk, and france, for adventure and exploration. an avid runner, she finds joy and balance in staying active and embracing the outdoors,  she also has a deep commitment to nature conservation and sustainability.

she discovered seakayakoy and sea kayaking in early 2024 and instantly fell in love with it. seda now coordinates our operations, ensuring both our team and guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable experience from start to finish.

with a background in physical education and open‑water lifeguarding, coşkun brings a strong foundation in safety to every tour. after completing his training with seakayaköy, he specialized in sea kayaking and has been working as a professional tour leader for over four years. his technical skill, calm leadership and ability to read natural conditions allow him to offer guests a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

a true adventure enthusiast, coşkun recently completed a cycling journey from samsun all the way to the foothills of mount everest, and has undertaken long exploratory trips in nepal, vietnam and thailand. beyond being a versatile athlete, he is highly experienced in wilderness living, camp organization and outdoor cooking.

prioritizing safety above all, followed closely by guest satisfaction, coşkun takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge and passion for nature with everyone who joins his tours.

doğa can yaman discovered his interest in outdoor sports during his youth through camping. over time, this passion grew into various trips and larger adventures. at the age of 23, he embarked on a six-month journey from ıstanbul, traveling through ıran and pakistan—some of the world’s most dangerous regions—on his bicycle and ultimately reaching ındia. ın mountain villages of the himalayas, he lived for months as a musician, performing with the instruments he carried on his bike. during this period, he had the opportunity to explore different lifestyles and meet many fellow travelers.

after his journey, he served as a team leader multiple times during lycian way hikes organized by an international organization. ın the following years, he developed an amateur interest in canoeing, which took on a professional dimension when he joined the seakayakoy team. ın his first season with the team, he earned the sea kayak award certification from bc and continues to expand his expertise in this field.

seda has worked in chilean patagonia, malaysia, singapore, hong kong, south africa, namibia, thailand, australia and kenya as outdoor educator, guide and expedition leader. between 2018-2021 seda worked at uwcsea/singapore with 12-17 years age group, leading overseas outdoor education camps.

seda joined our team in 2021, manages our operations and also leads our expeditions.

seda holds all certificates required for a sea kayak leader such as bcu- 4 star sea kayak leader certificate, aca- 3 star river kayak certificate and nols- wfr  wilderness first responder

dean is the most experienced kayaker among us with over 30 years of sea experience. he is one of the first sea kayakers and sea kayaking operators in turkey.

he has been an outdoor pursuits specialist and educator for many years. he knows the entire coastline of the mediterranean as his home.

he is operating sea kayaking and trekking tours under the name of “sevencapes” for more than 15 years,

yılmaz is a hiker, camper and non-technical mountaineer since 1998, and active sea kayaker since 2013.
